Do I Need Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehab?
If your doctor has referred you to cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation, they may recommend our structured exercise and education outpatient program to help you:
- Recover from a recent heart attack, heart surgery, stent placement, or heart failure
- COPD or post lung transplant
- Improve your heart, lung health and quality of life
- Manage heart conditions
- Improving shortness of breath and endurance
- Prevent future heart and lung problems and hospital stays
- Reduce risk factors for heart disease, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, diabetes, obesity, stress, depression or lack of exercise

Talk to your primary care physician or cardiologist to see if rehab is right for you, or find a cardiac rehab location near you.
